These Terms of Service govern your use of AgentHeadshots (getagentheadshots.com). By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The service

AgentHeadshots turns the photos you upload into AI-generated professional headshots, delivered to a private online gallery.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your photos and content

• You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the photos you upload, and that you are the person shown in them (or have that person's consent).
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to generate and deliver your headshots.
• You must not upload other people's photos without consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Your headshots

Once your order is complete, we grant you a full commercial-use license to the headshots generated for you. You may use them on listings, signs, business cards, social media, and advertising.

Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars and charged as a one-time fee through PayPal at checkout.

All sales are final

Because your order begins using computing resources to generate your headshots as soon as you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Your satisfaction still matters to us: if your set does not include several headshots you are happy to use, contact us within 14 days and we will re-generate your batch, adjust the styles, and keep working with you until you have headshots you can use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create misleading, impersonating, defamatory, or unlawful images, or to violate anyone's rights.

AI-generated results

Headshots are generated by artificial intelligence and may vary in appearance. They are provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee a specific result or likeness. You are responsible for how you use your headshots.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentHeadshots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AgentHeadshots against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms, including uploading photos you were not authorized to use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
